The Washington Redskins' new offensive consultant has worked on some good coaching staffs, none better than the one pictured above. This was the 1992 staff. Head coach Mike Holmgren is in the center, Lewis is to the left of him. On the right end of the front row is current Bills coach Dick Jauron. On the right end of Holmgren's row is Andy Reid. Jon Gruden hadn't yet developed his "Chuckie" face as I think he was about 12 years old; he's at the top of the stairs. Steve Mariucci is two down from Gruden.
By the way, the guy in the front left is Greg Blache.
