Our first penalty report of the season reveals that 16 Redskins have been flagged for enforced penalties. The leaders:
Trent Williams: 4 penalties-40 yards (two holdings, one false start, one unnecessary roughness).
Jammal Brown: 4-30 (two false starts, one holding, one illegal use of hands).
Rex Grossman: 4-26 (three delay of games, one intentional grounding).
Rob Jackson: 3-26 (one illegal block above the waist and one off-sides on kickoff coverage on special teams, one roughing the quarterback on defense).
