The Hall of Fame duo of Sam Huff and Sonny Jurgensen will continue to broadcast Redskins games on radio as they have since 1981 but one of them will be doing so on a part-time basis.
Red Zebra Broadcasting announced that Jurgensen and play by play announcer Larry Michael will broadcast all 16 regular season games plus the four preseason contests as they have been
However, Huff will do only 12 games, the 10 home games plus the road games in New York and Dallas. According to the press release they said that the reduction in the schedule of Huff, 77, was due to “the rigors of travel”.
