According to multiple media reports, Pierre Garçon is unlikely to play today when the Redskins take on the Rams.
Adam Schefter of ESPN tweeted the following this morning.
Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon is unlikely to play today due to foot injury, though he wants to run and test it pre game,
So, it appears that Garçon, who has an injured foot, will still be a game-time decision as Mike Shanahan said earlier this week. But it looks like that decision will be make him inactive.
If Garçon does sit, Aldrick Robinson should see more snaps at the X receiver position as he did against the Saints after Garçon went out in the first quarter. It is likely that Dezmon Briscoe will be active as a reserve wide receiver.
