The NFLPA says that it was not informed of, and did not agree to, any possible sanctions for spending during the uncapped 2010 season. Did Roger Goddell say something to the contrary last fall?

Somebody's NOT telling the truth here. Imagine that!
My money is on John Mara's little puppet, Roger Goodell, as being the Pinocchio in this case. Wish his little nose would grow so we could all see it.
